  We are looking for a highly analytical and process-driven professional to join our Global Process Center (GPC) team. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, improve customer experience, automate reporting processes, and collaborate with global stakeholders to enhance logistics performance.   Analyze and monitor organizational KPIs to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to achieve target outcomes. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across global operations.   Collaborate with business stakeholders and technology teams to deliver business-aligned solutions.
