This role involves overseeing business development, leading annual planning, and creating strategies to boost sales. Key requirements include strong contract negotiation skills, experience with joint ventures, and the ability to supervise departmental activities for improved performance. You will report directly to the Managing Director and will need to travel frequently within the region.
